„The kitchen is my second home and I want to take care of and cherish my beloved place all the time. I treat the restaurant as my family table to which I invite my guests whom I want to welcome and surprise positively, just like my family”
I learnt my passion and love for cooking at home, where two culinary schools competed, my grandmother’s – traditional, typical Old Polish cuisine, although very tasty, and my mother’s cuisine – modern, light but also tasty.
